Will of Ann L. Coyell

In re: ANN COYELL DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Ann L. Coyell, of the City of Toronto, Widow. I revoke all wills and Paper Testamentary heretofore made by me. I devise all my estate Real & Personal both in possession and in expectancy to my two daughters Belinda Coyell and Sophia Coyell for their own use. I appoint my son Alfred Coyell and my friend Frederick James Smith Executors of this my will.

Dated at Toronto this twenty-sixth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven.

Signed, Published and Declared as and for her last will and testament by the said Ann L. Coyell in presence of us who in her presence at her request and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
