Will of Alice Mary Smeeton

In re: ALICE MARY SMEETON DECEASED.

Probate Engrossment. I Alice Mary Smeeton, School Teacher, 34 West Cliffe Grove, Harregate, Yorkshire, do hereby give and bequeath my whole estate and effects, real and personal, of which I may die processed or be entitled to, in the following way.-

Unto Ethelwyn Smeeton one half & the remaining half to be equally divided between Hilda Smeeton, Margaret Hope Maud Smeeton & Marjorie Smeeton Rice; and I appoint executors of this my will, Charles William Smeeton & William E. Moore.

In witness whereof I have subscribed these presents at Havingham York this 18th day of December 1910 in presence of two witnesses Alice Mary Smeeton. Witnesses Charles William Smeeton Surgeon Havingham York. Henry Hetherington Gardener, Havingham York; 2 for exd. R.K. (?)
