Thomas F. Murphy. Being in sound mind I, Albert F. Dearin, declare this to be my last will & testament: all property that I am possessed of, real or personal of any description whatever, I give and bequeath to my half-sister, Mrs. H.H. Burnett (nee Catherine Dearin) & she promises to pay all my legal debts, if said property realizes sufficient with which to pay them. Albert F. Dearin. Witnesses R.W. Baird, Henry Ritter.
