Will of Willis Hopkins

In re: WILLIE HOPKINS. DECEASED.

I, Willis Hopkins, of Heart's Content, newfoundland, Fisherman, do make and publish this, my last will and testament. I hereby give, bequeath and transfer all my property, real, personal or otherwise, to my wife Charlotte Hopkins, as long as she shall live, and at her death, the aforesaid property is to be equally divided between John Piercey and his son William Piercey, to and for their own absolute use and benefit forever. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Fourth day of April, A.D. 1907. Willis his X mark Hopkins
