In the Name of God Amen. I WILLIAM IVAMY of NEW BONAVENTURA in the District of Trinity in the Island of Newfoundland ffisherman being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding ? be and for the same do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following. I give devise and bequeath unto my loving FFATHER JOHN IVAMY SENR of New Bonaventura aforesaid all my ? securities for money goods chattels wearing apparel and effects of what nature or kind ? or wheresoever the ? shall be at the time of my death and I nominate and constitute and appoint my brother JOHN IVAMY JUNR of New Bonaventura aforesaid executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking ?ating now all and every other will or wills at any ?? by me made and I do declare this to be my last will and testament . In witness whereof I the said WILLIAM IVAMY ? hereunto set my hand ? this twenty third day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and five(?).
