WILL OF WILLIAM HARVEY, TRINITY 1723
From the Prerogative Court of Canterbury

In the Name of God Amen. I WILLIAM HARVEY of TRINITY being of a sound mind and perfect memory thanks be God knowing the uncertainty of this mortall life being willing to settle my worldly affairs do make and ordaine this to be my last Will and Testament I bequeath my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping in the Merits of Jesus Christ my Redeemer for Salvation. Imprimio I do make ordaine nominate and appoint my loving WIFE SUSANNA HARVEY my sold Executrix of this my last Will and I do give and bequeath unto her and unto my DAUGHTERS ANN SWEET AND MARY CROW all my goods estate moneys bills bonds and debts here and in England to be equally divided between each of them and I do give and bequeath unto my SON WILLIAM HARVEY ten pounds Sterling to be paid by my Executrix ten days after my Executrix have proved this my Will after all my just debts are discharged and my ffuneral expenses are paid. Item I do give unto my SON WILLIAM HARVEY all my wearing apparrell and I do hereby revoke and make void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and witness my hand and seal this third day of June one thousand seven hundred twenty three.
