In re THOMAS PORTER deceased. To all whom it may concern- Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Porter of Thos Fisherman Planter of Elliston, in the electoral district of Trinity, Newfoundland, realizing that I am about to depart from this world; and being of sound mind do hereby make this my last will and testament- First all the worldly goods which I possess, consisting of boats, traps & fishing gear, fishing rooms, houses and lands, I do hereby give & bequeath to my wife Mary Hannah Porter to be hers for the support of herself & her children until her death, if she outlives me, and to be disposed of at her death as she may see fit for the benefit of any or all our children. Witness my hand at Elliston in the electoral district of Trinity, Newfoundland, this twenty sixth of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
