In re Thomas George deceased. This is the Last Will & Testament of Thomas George of New Harbor Trinity Bay, Newfoundland I hereby give & bequeath to my wife Elizabeth George, all the land, household & other property of every kind which I am possessed of or may be possessed of at the time of my death. And when my wife shall die, I hereby give & bequeath all my said property of every kind to & for the sole use & benefit of my grandson, Albert French. And I hereby appoint my son in law, Robert French of Harbor Grace to be the sole executor & trustee of this my Will & Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & make my mark this Twenty eight day of March one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five Thomas his X mark George Signed by the said Thomas George in the presence of us, present at the same time who in his presence & in the presence of each other, attest & subscribe our names as witnesses hereto. We also declare that the Testator affixed his mark in our presence Arthur C Waghorne Priest of New Harbor Mission Emily Waghorne. Certified correct,D. M.
