Will of Samuel Morris

In re: SAMUEL MORRIS. DECEASED.

Cuckolds Cove Jany 30 1904 I Samuel Morris do now declare this to be my last will & that the following is according to the dictates of my conscience & is to be followed after by decease what money there is left after my decease in the house is to be equally divided between my father, James Morris, & my wife (Priscilla Morris) & my property is to be divided between the two aforesaid namely James Morris & Priscilla Morris & what money there is in the bank is for my daughter Ida Morris when she is twenty-one years of age but in case that she should die before she becomes of age the money is to be equally divided between James Morris & Priscilla Morris & in case that Ida Morris should die & one of the other aforesaid the remaining one falls heir to the lot. But in case of want of either James Morris or Priscilla Morris they are at liberty to draw upon Ida Morris money that I am leaving in the bank but in any case they must leave one hundred dollars $100 in the bank for her. Father & my wife holds equal rights in the house & either one of them is to live here as long as the chose but in case that my wife should leave before my father & mother dies she is only to take her own (struck out - but should she out live father she falls heir to the house of what is on) it that belongs to me but in case that she should go away leave father & mother before their death she has no further claim upon the house or its contents & father is to leave it to whom he wishes to do so but if she sta ys with them until the dies she is to have the house & what is in it
