Will of Robert Burton

In re: ROBERT BURTON. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Robert Burton, of Catalina, in the Electoral District of Trinity, Ship’s Carpenter I hereby Revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me.

I desire that all my just debts and testamentary and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.

I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Mary all monies, household furniture and effects and other personal property of which I shall die possessed.

I give, devise and bequeath to my son Robert the land at Catalina, aforesaid owned by me.

And I appoint my said wife Mary Executrix of this my Will.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this first day of April, Anno Domini, One thousand Nine hundred and Twenty. ROBERT BURTON.

Signed by the said Testator in the presence of us, present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names as witnesses. Harry A. Winter. Isabel Nearey.
