In re: MARGARET CROUCHER. DECEASED.
late of Trinity Married Woman deceased.
I Margaret Croucher of Trinity Newfoundland do make and declare this to be my last will and Testament I give and bequeath to my dear husband John Thomas Croucher all the property of every nature whereof I may die possessed for his own use and benefit absolutely. And I appoint my said husband John Thomas Croucher to be the sole executor of this my will.
Witness my hand at Trinity aforesaid this 4th day of April A.D. 1904. Margaret Croucher.
Signed and declared by the above named Margaret Croucher the testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us, who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
