JOSEPH W. DEWLING deceased.
Trouty N.F. I, Joseph William Dewling, Fisherman, of Trouty, Newfoundland, being of sound mind and disposition, hereby make my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills and dispositions of my property I give and bequeath to my son Charles, one half of my dwelling house and the other half to my sons David and Richard. I give and bequeath to my son Richard all the land that he now holds possession of. I give and bequeath to my son Charles all the land that I now hold and the land also to the water side I give and bequeath to my son David all the land that he now holds possession of I desire that my son Richard is to have the use of the path to the stage. I hereby state that none of my grandchildren are to have any claim upon the property while their fathers are living Joseph William his X mark Dewling May 9th 1906 Witnessed by us and read over before us in the presence of the said Joseph William Dewling Charles W.
