In re: JOSEPH MORRIS. DECEASED. This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph I give and bequeath to my wife the sum of Three Hundred Dollars a year for life as long as the business is carried on, and to occupy three rooms in the Dwelling I now occupy during her life, after her decease the said rooms to be considered with the rest and residue of my property left to my only son Fred. I further give and bequeath to my daughter Effie Tulk the sum of Two thousand dollars (2000.00), said amount to be paid at least within four years after my decease. To my Grandchildren Harvy V. Morris, Rosalind Morris, G. Davey Tulk and S. Rupert Morris I give Fifty Dollars each. All the residue of my estate real and personal after my debts, funeral and testamentary expenses are paid I give and bequeath to my Son Fred same to be his absolutely and I hereby appoint him sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
