James Bartlett deceased. This is the last will and testament of James Bartlett at present of Hearts Content in the Island of Newfoundland- I hereby give devise and bequeath to my wife Eliza Agnes Bartlett her heirs executors administrators and assigns all my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and quality soever- And I hereby appoint Frank Perry of Hearts Content my sole executor. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of August Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and eighty. James Bartlett.
