In re     JAMES BAKER      deceased.

    This is the last will and testament of James Baker of Snooks Harbour Point in Smiths Sound, in the district Trinity, Newfoundland. Ferryman.     I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description to my grandson William John Baker (son of John Baker) his heirs and assigns absolutely for ever, never to be sold out of the family, hereby appointing my son John Baker sole executor of this my will.     I hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.     In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 13 thirteenth day of May 1908 one thousand nine hundred and eight.     James Baker.     Signed published and declared by said James Baker as and for his last will and testament in presence of us present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. James Pelley, Broad Cove, Carpenter.     Thomas Pelley Broad Cove, Fisherman.
