In re James Cunningham deceased. This is the last will and testament of James Cunningham of Hearts Content, Newfoundland, Telegraphist. I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wherever situated unto my wife, Margaret Anna Cunningham, her heirs and assigns absolutely forever, hereby appointing her the sole executrix of this my will In witness whereof, I have hereto set my hand this 30th day of March 1895 (sgd) Jas.
