IN RE: GEORGE LOCKYER. DECEASED Item first. I desire to be decently and respectably buried and that my just debts and funeral Expenses be fully paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named Item Second, My Elder Son William James Lockyer is to have my watch and all my wearing apparel and to him I give and bequeath the same Item third. My youngest son John Lockyer is to have all Houses and lands with all erections thereon of which I am possessed and to him I give and bequeath the same Item fourth My Executors hereinafter named are hereby fully authorised and requested by me to draw from the Bank the sum or sums of money which may then and there be found remaining in my name from my deposits therein and to divide the same into four Equal shares between my four children viz: Joanna Blandford Frances Collis William James Lockyer, and John Lockyer Each of them to have and Enjoy the same share and share alike and I do hereby constitute nominate ordain and appoint my son William James Lockyer and John Lockyer to be my executors to this my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my seal and subscribed my hand on the Sixth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred George Lockyer (LS) (LS) Signed acknowledged and declared by the said George Lockyer as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who being present at the same time in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Nathaniel Morris (LS) (LS) George William Gent (LS) (LS) Certified correct,D.
