In re: ELIOL NOSEWORTHY. DECEASED. This is the last Will & Testament of me, Eliol Noseworthy (in sound mind) of Whitbourne, Newfoundland. I hereby give, devise & bequeath to my wife, Martha Jane Noseworthy, for her own use and benefit, absolutely and for ever, all my estate & effects, both real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever, and of what nature & quality soever, except that I make a bequest of One Shilling Sterling to George Noseworthy, Sarah Hutchings, and Elizabeth Mary Bowes, children of my former wife, Rachel Noseworthy. (These children being all married and independent of me at this date of my Will & Testament): and I hereby appoint her, the said Martha Jane Noseworthy, sole Executrix of this my Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Fourteenth day of May. One thousand nine hundred and six (May 14th 1906) Signed and declared by the above named Eliol Noseworthy as and for his last Will & Testament, in the presence and hearing of us, both present at the same time, who, at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
