IN RE: CATHERINE SCOTT. DECEASED I leave and bequeath unto John Antle of Turk Cove my Dwelling House, situate in New Perlican together with all the lands and appurtenances thereto belonging: I leave and bequeath unto John Antle of Turks Cove all my land situate in Turk's Cove. I leave and bequeath unto my niece Margaret Frances Hearty the sum of Two Hundred Dollars I leave and bequeath unto Sister M De Paul, Nun of the order of Charity in Halifax, Nova Scotia the sum of twenty Dollars I leave and bequeath the sum of Forty Dollars for two High Masses - one for the repose of the soul of my late husband, John Scott, and one for the repose of my own soul. And I will and order that should any other moneys besides the ones referred to above belong to me at the time of my death, they the said moneys shall become the property of the Reverend Felix D. McCarthy of Carbonear. And I will and order, moreover, that my just debts be paid before the moneys above referred to be distributed. And I hereby appoint the Reverend Felix D. McCarthy of Carbonear Sole Executor of this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and date first above written Catherine Her x mark Scott.
