Will of Catherine Russell

In re: CATHERINE RUSSELL. DECEASED.

I, Catherine Russell of Green's Harbor, in the Electoral District of Trinity, Newfoundland, Widow, of Edward Russell, late of Bay Roberts, in the Electoral District of Harbor Grace, Newfoundland, deceased, do hereby nullify and revoke all previous wills made by me, and do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament as follows, namely.

I give and bequeath all my real and personal estate in Bay Roberts or elsewhere, of every kind whatsoever, to my adopted daughter, Jessie Drover for her own personal use and benefit, and which she can sell or dispose of at any time she may think fit; And it is my wish for her to give the sum of Five dollars per year for Missions, in memory of my late husband and myself.

I hereby appoint the said Jessie Drover sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand at Green's Harbor aforesaid this Twenty fifth day of February in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Nineteen. CATHERINE RUSSELL

Signed, published and declared by the said Testatrix in our presence, on the date aforesaid who also signed our names in her presence and in the presence of each other, as witnesses thereto. Josiah Taylor Com affidavits Robert S. Smith. Methodist Minister.
