IN RE: ANNIE BREMNER. DECEASED I do give and bequeath four hundred dollars ($400) to each of my nieces Isabel, Margaret, and Jessie Annie Bremner daughters of my brother William and now residing at 575 Dundas Street London - Ontario Canada - or care of Malcolm G Bremner Free Press office London - Ont. Canada - Four hundred ($400) to my niece Helen, Maria Isabel Dunfield wife of Canon Dunfield Two hundred dollars ($200) each to my nieces Marian Bremner and Ethel Grace Cogan - daughters of my brother Alexander Warren Bremner - Two hundred dollars to my sitter-in-law Emily Bremner widow of my brother John - and now residing at Open Hall Bonavista Bay - Two hundred dollars each to my grand-niece Edith Sweetland Bremner and my grand nephew Edward Emerson Bremner children of my nephew Robert Sweetland Bremner Fifty dollars to be expended in something for St. Pauls Church Trinity in memory of my brother-in-law & my sister. The Inscription to be To the Glory of God and in memory of Gilbert H and Isabel Cole -" I leave it to the Incumbent and the Rev. W. J. Lockyer of Port Morison, Cape Breton, to decide upon the form it will take - Forty dollars for a plain white Marble Cross for my own grave this $40 to cover all the expenses. Rev. Canon Dunfield is to order it and see that it is put up just Annie Bremner died etc and some Text - If there is sufficient money left I give to my brother Robert one hundred Dollars ($100) I give and bequeath my shares in the consolidated Foundry Co. (for information inquire of Mr. J. J. McGrath Solicitor etc formerly of Whiteway & McGrath) who holds my scrip) - also the house in which I now reside called "Colemarsh" and the grounds on which it stands, together with all the garden grounds, out houses etc connected therewith also that piece of land situate round Tom Jones Pond and fronting on the waters of the north east arm of Trinity harbour measuring forty-nine acres - formerly known as Aubrey Crockers plantation, but more recently as the property of Thomas Holdsworth Brooking - See Diagram and Bill of Sale in Tin Box, and G. H. Cole's will - also my Piano, organ, and Piano stool my gold watch and Lady's short Albert Chain to my niece Isabella, Jessie Bremner - daughter of my brother Robert - I give to my niece Helen, Maria Isabel Dunfield my sisters long gold chain and to my niece Margaret Bremner of 99 Military Road St. John's, my short neck chain and locket, and all my remaining Jewellery, Silver, wearing apparel, house hold goods & furniture Mementoes to various friends etc etc I have disposed of in a private letter to my niece Isabella Jessie Bremner or Rev Canon Dunfield and I do hereby appoint Canon Dunfield and my brother Robert as executors to this my last will and Testament - Annie Bremner Signed acknowledged and declared by the said Annie Bremner as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us who being present at the same time in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses this Twenty-seventh day of October, nineteen hundred and nine Annie Bremner John B.
