But if my wife
should be foolish
enough to marry
again she shall
forfeit all claims
to this will
|
I Ambrose Moore Young being in sound mind & weak in body do make
this my last Will & Testament.
I do hereby bequeath to my wife Eliza Young as long as she do not marry
again all my worldy possessions until her death with the exceptions of the
following clauses.

Clause I.
|
That my son Walter Hopkins Young shall have my Victory Bonds &
Interest after my death providing I do not live untill the said Victory
Bonds expires.

Clause 2.
Reason of
distinsion I gave
Elsie Two
Hundred Dollars
towards piano
|
That my wife the said Eliza Young shall pay to my daughter Elsie
Rabbitts out of my Bank a/c the sum of One Hundred Dollars. (see
remarks)

Clause 3.
Mrs Ebin Taylor
borrowed One
hundred dollars
from me not paid
making both
equal to three
hundred dollars
each

That my wife the said Eliza Young shall pay to my daughter Maria Taylor
Two Hundred Dollars. (see remarks)

Clause 4.
Will find all
papers in bottom
of safe & that my
son W.H. Young
shall give the said
safe back empty
to my daughter

That after the death of my wife my son Walter Hopkins Young shall be
the sole possessor of all moneys in Bank not expended by my wife &
everything else that I possess such as Receipts; shares in Public Service
Co; Bonds in Orange Hall (Aujhrim Lodge) & all my worldy possessions.

Clause 5.
That my wife
Eliza Young shall
receive as soon as
possible after my
death $35.00
owed to me by
Masonic Lodge

My watch to be
for Herma Young
but not to have it
in his possession
until he is old
enough to take
care of it.

That my Daughter-in-law Elizabeth Young wife of my son said Walter
Hopkins Young shall receive from my wife if alive at my death & if my
Bank a/c still exceed Two Thousand dollars; the sum of One Hundred
dollars. And my wife the said Eliza Young shall purchase a Head Stone to
bear a inscription of my death & a place for a inscription for her death &
also a concrete square for two grave spaces in the Church of England
Cemetery at Hearts Content.
