Azariah Critch deceased Hants Harbor Apil 1st/18 i azariah Critch of Hants Harbor fisherman Being of sound mind and memory thanks be given unto God therefore calling to mind the mortality of the Body Knowing that it is appointed unto all men once to die do make this my last will and testament that is to say principly and first of all i give and Recomend (commend?) my soul into the hands of God that gave it and my body to be buried in decent christian berial at the descreation (discretion?) of my executor nothing doubting but at the general resuraction (resurrection?) i shall receive the same again by the power pf (of?) God. As touching my wordly (worldly?) Estate which God has blessed me with in this life first my fishing Room that i owens (own?) is to be equally divided between my three sons Moses and Fred and Luther to be theirs and their childrens for ever the potato garden that I gave to my son Moses which is thirty feet wide and sixty six feet long is to be his and his children for ever fifty three feet long and thirty feet wide in the same garden is to be for my son fred and the rest of that same garden is to be Luthers and his children after him all the cabbage ground that i owns is to be Luthers and his children for ever my out house or Cooper shop is to be Luthers and all that is in it to be his and his childrens for ever the garden that Luther and i was clearing out in on Still water Pinch the part that i helpt to clear is to be Luthers and his childrens after him the cellar that i owns is to be Luthers and his childrens for ever the dwelling house is to be Luthers and his childrens after him and all that is in it the horse and sheep and all the anmils that i owns after my decease is to be Luthers and i appoint Peter Tuck to be my Executor to see the contents of this will carried out in witness i have unto set my hand and Seal the day and year above written.
