In re
Thomas Clifford deceased I, Thomas Clifford of Trouty in the Electoral District of Trinity do hereby give and bequeath to my two sons Stephen and William Fifty dollars each, after my decease, and to my five daughters twenty dollars each, after my decease. To my son James I bequeath all my fishing property, traps, motorboats, nets, etc., on the condition that he takes charge of his mother until she dies, and also I bequeath to James all my money that is left after the above-mentioned legacies have been paid on the same conditions that he supports his mother. Also I give and bequeath all my land to my three sons, James, Stephen and William to be divided equally between them on the condition that they sell the land to no outsiders while there is a Clifford to take it. Also I bequeath my dwelling house and furniture to my son James to help support his mother. Jan. 22nd. 1916. Thomas Clifford X his mark. Witnessed by H. V. Whitehouse. John Clifford X his mark.
