Malcolm Stanley deceased This is the last will and testament of me Malcolm Stanley of Apsey Point, Random, Trinity Bay. Netmaker. I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament. I hereby appoint my wife Catherine Agnes Stanley to be the sole executrix hereof. I give devise and bequeath to my wife all the lands, houses, cattle, moneys and all other property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate of which I die possessed for her use and enjoyment until her death or until she remarry and on the death or remarriage of my said wife the said lands, houses, cattle, moneys and all other property shall become the absolute property of my son John Leslie Stanley. Signed at the General Hospital, at St. John's, this sixteenth day of October 1914. Malcolm Stanley- Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in the presence of the said testator and each other do hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses- Mary Curtin of St. John's. Nurse of the General Hospital Richard Anderson Squires, of St. John's Barrister-at-law
