George Tuff deceased

Last will and testament of George Tuff retired Stipendiary Magistrate of Old Perlican Newfoundland.

[1]. I give to my wife Maggie all the money now deposited to my credit at the Bank of Montreal St. John's

[2]. I also give to her my house and land and all outhouses, and tenements thereon as long as she resides in Old Perlican. Should she remove from Old Perlican that is to say should she permanently leave the neighborhood - the property in that case I bequeath to my son George Beverly - Provided always that she shall have a first selection of household affects - except as hereinafter provided for.

[3]. I give to my son Geo Beverly whom I also constitute and appoint sole executor the dining room organ. Published, pronounced, and declared by the above named Geo Tuff as his last will and testament this 18th day of June 1919 A. D.. George Tuff. Witnesses. Alex March. Charl March.
