In re
Robert Piercey deceased This is the last will and testament of Robert Piercey, farmer of Hearts Content in the Electoral District of Trinity in the Island of Newfoundland. First. I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall first be paid out of my estate. Second. I give devise and bequeath all my lands with dwelling house and other erections thereon to my wife Mary Bethulia Piercey as long as she remains unmarried and on her marriage or death to my son William Piercey. Third. I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Bethulia Piercey for her own use and disposal all the furniture in my dwelling house. Fourth. All monies and shares I give to my wife Mary Bethulia Piercey. Fifth. I appoint my son William Piercey and my wife Mary Bethulia Piercey as executors to this will and testament giving them power if they should deem necessary to sell or dispose of part of my land for the support of my wife Mary Bethulia Piercey. Witness my hand signed sealed and delivered as my last will and testament this twenty fifth day of February 1920. Robert his X mark Piercey Signed published and declared by the said testator Robert Piercey for his last will and testament and read over to him in our presence who in the presence of the said testator and of each other all being present at the same time have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
