In re
Levi March deceased I Levi March of Old Perlican in the Dominion of Newfoundland, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, to make my last will and testament in manner and form following: First. I give to my wife Fanny two hundred dollars. Second. My wife Fanny is to live in my house as long as she cares to. Third. I leave to my son John all my property real personal and mixed of what nature and kind so ever and wheresoever. Fourth. I hereby appoint my son to Levi J. Marchexecutor of this my last will and testament. Fifth. What money belonging to me after paying my wife Fanny two hundred dollars is to be given to my son Levi John. Sixth. My son Levi John is to support my wife Fanny and what money she has left after she dies is to come back to my son Levi John. I Levi March in witness whereof have to this my last will and testament, set my hand this thirdday of June 1918 -Levi his X mark March- Signed and declared by the above named Levi March as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto, in presence of the said testator and of each other.
