 In re     William Davis     deceased.

    Last will and Testament of William Davis. I William Davis of Channel in the District of Burgeo and LaPoile Newfoundland being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following That is to say.
    1. I give devise and bequeath to William Farrell son of John Farrell Channel my property consisting of house and land situate at Channel
    2.     I give devise and bequeath to John Farrell all my tools of whatsoever sort
3. I give devise and bequeath to Eugene Farrell my bed and bedding
4 I give devise and bequeath to Elizabeth Farrell all my furniture and other house hold effects not herein mentioned before.
5 I hereby appoint John Farrell sole executor of this my last will and Testament Signed - William Davis - Signed by the Testator in our presence and declared by him to be his last will and Testament who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names this Twelfth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen - witness Wm Grant H.J. Read.
