In re MARY
ANN COSSMAN. DECEASED. Last Will and Testament. I, Mary Ann Cossman, late of Channel, in the District of Burgeo and LaPoile, in the Island of Newfoundland, widow, now residing at Halifax, Province of Nova Scotia, in the Dominion of Canada, being of sound mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I revoke all former wills or other Testamentary Dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. I direct all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid and satisfied by my executrix hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Bertha Elizabeth Jane Green Morgan, all my property and real estate situate at Channel, in the Island of Newfoundland aforesaid, consisting of lands, dwelling house and outhouses, and all the appurtenances connected therewith, now in my name and of which I am possessed. All the residue of my estate not hereinbefore disposed of, which I may die possessed of or interested in, I give devise and bequeath to my aforesaid daughter Bertha Elizabeth Jane Green Morgan. And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said daughter, Bertha Elizabeth Jane Green Morgan, to be sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Thirty first day of July in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Nineteen Mary Ann her X mark Crossman Signed, Published and Declared by the said Mary Ann Cossman the testatrix, as and for her last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who both present together at the same time, in her presence, at her request, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
