This is the last will and testament of me, John Crane of Channel, Head Constable. I revoke all former wills and testaments by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will. I appoint my wife, Jane Crane, sole Executrix of this my will. I will and bequeath all and whatsoever property, real and personal and wheresoever situate, and all goods, chattles, monies and effects of which I may die possessed to my said wife for her lifetime or until her remarriage. Upon the death or remarriage of my said wife in the event of my daughter Irene being unmarried at the time thereof then the said property goods and effects shall be divided in manner following that is to say two thirds to my said daughter, Irene, and one third to my son, Wallis. If my said daughter Irene shall be married at the time thereof then the said property goods and effects shall be divided equally between my said children, Wallis and Irene. In witness whereof I have subscribed my hand hereto at Channel this 30th day of August 1920. JOHN CRANE.
