In re: JOHN P. CHETWYND. DECEASED. I hereby appoint Robert J. Chetwynd (my brother) and Rebecca Chetwynd (my wife) hereinafter called my Trustees to be the Executor and Executrix of this my will, and I appoint my wife during her life and after her death my Trustee Robert J. Chetwynd to be the Guardian of my infant children. I give all my property, real personal, choses in action cash and every kind of property unto my Trustees to sell and convey the same and to convert the same into money, and after the payment of my just debts, funeral expenses and the costs of administering the estate to pay Twenty five per cent thereof to my said Executor Robert J. Chetwynd of the sum so realized from my said estate and to pay the balance to my wife and our children share and share alike. And I hereby empower my trustees to postpone the conversions of any part of my property for so long as they shall see fit. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have set my hand this Sixth day of November A.D. 1912. JOHN P. CHETWYND. Signed, published and declared by the above named John P. Chetwynd, Testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, both present at the same time who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. This is a Codicil to the last Will and Testament of me, John P. Chetwynd of Port Aux Basques, Newfoundland, Trader, dated November 6th, 1912; Whereas by my said will I appointed my late brother Robert F. Chetwynd, to be one of the Executors and Trustees of my Estate. After the sale of my property, by my Executors and Trustees as directed in my said will, I hereby bequeath Twenty five per cent of the same to my son Douglas G I. Chetwynd, and give him all the rights mentioned in the said will to Robert J. Chetwynd. IN witness whereof, I have set my hand this Twenty-seventh day of October A.D. 1920. JOHN P. CHETWYND.
