Will of Hannah White Frank

IN RE:   HANNAH WHITE FRANK.    DECEASED

My last Will and Testament.

This is the last Will and testament of me HANNAH WHITE FRANK at present of Channel, in the Electoral District of Burgeo and LaPoile, in the Island of Newfoundland.

FIRST. I give, devise and bequeath my house and all contained (except articles mentioned in Sections two and three of this Will) and I give, devise and bequeath my land unto my my younger son George herbert White at present of Channel, aforesaid, the same shall be at the time of my death.

SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath my Feather bed and bedding unto my elder son John Kenneth White of Channel, aforesaid, the same shall be at the time of my death.

THIRD. I give, devise and bequeath my Commode and all my wearing apparel unto my only daughter Mary Jane White Burridge of Channel aforesaid, the same shall be at the time of my death.

And I appoint my younger son GEORGE HERBERT WHITE Sole executor of this my last Will and testament.

In witness whereof, I, hereto set my hand, this second day of May, A.D. 1918.

HANNAH her X mark WHITE FRANK.

Signed by the said Hannah White Frank the testatrix, in the presence of us, who in her presence, and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses.
