Will of George Osmond

In re: GEORGE OSMOND . DECEASED.

I, George Osmond of Mouse Island in the District of Burgeo and LaPoile Newfdland being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.

  1. I give devise and bequeath to my two sons, Joseph and William, to be divided equally between them all my property consisting of houses and land, and all other property not herein specified, and on the death of one or other of my said sons, the whole to become the property of the other.

  2. I further state that my said sons Joseph and William are to care for and give a home to my wife Ann Osmond as long as she shall live.

  3. I hereby appoint my son Charles Osmond to be sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.

Signed by the Testator in our presence and declared by him to be his last Will and Testament; who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our hand as witnesses thereof this Eighth day of September in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty one.
