IN RE: GEORGE CHAMBERS. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me George Chambers of Pushthrough, Hermitage Bay. First. I hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will and Testament.
Second. I give, devise and bequeath all the debentures of the Government of Newfoundland now possessed by me and all my shares in the Imperial Tobacco Company of St. John's to my four daughters Jane Swan, Mary Ann Camp, Martha Webb, Effie Emily Camp, and my son Robert Chambers, to be divided among them equally. It is my express wish and desire that the said debentures and shares shall not be sold but that they be deposited in the Newfoundland Savings Bank and the interest upon them shall be allowed to accumulate and that none of my said children receive any money therefrom unless he or she is in dire distress. Third. In the event of the death of any of my said children the share of the said deceased child shall be divided equally among my children who shall survive the said deceased child. Fourth. I give devise and bequeath unto my son Robert Chambers all the land, premises, houses and other real and personal property whatsoever of which I am possessed.
Fifth. I appoint my said son Robert Chambers and the Reverend William Courage, Church of England Clergyman at Pushthrough. Executors of this my will -
