IN RE: ELIZABETH GILLAM. DECEASED FIRST. I appoint Herbert H. Mackay of Channel aforesaid, Mercantile Agent, to be sole executor of this my last Will and Testament. SECOND. I hereby direct that at my death all my real and personal estate of every description and wherever situate, with the exception of my Dwelling-house and Waterside premises situate at Channel aforesaid, be sold and the proceeds thereof divided among my surviving children share and share alike. THIRD. I also hereby direct that my son Wilfred M. Gillam shall have the exclusive use of my said Dwelling-house and Waterside premises, rent free, as long as he continues to reside in and occupy the same but on no account is he to sub-let it to any person. FOURTH. If my said son Wilfred should die or vacate my said Dwelling-house and Waterside premises, I hereby direct my said executor to sell the same without delay and divide the proceeds thereof between my surviving children share and share alike. IN WITNESS whereof I, Elizabeth Gillam, the Testator, have to this my last Will and Testament, set my hand by making my mark, after the same had been read over and fully explained to me this Fifteenth day of July, A.D. 1921 at Channel aforesaid. ELIZABETH her X mark GILLAM. Signed, published and declared by the above named Elizabeth Gillam as and for her last Will and Testament, after the same had been read over and explained to her, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at her request, as Witnesses thereto, in the presence of the said Testator and of each other.
