In re the
Estate of
Catherine Framp deceased Last Will and Testament of Catherine Framp I Catherine Framp of Channel Newfoundland in the district of Burgeo and La Poile, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say (1) I give devise and bequeath to my brother George Poole all monies due me by the Bank of Montreal, together with all my household effects. (2) I give devise and bequeath to my brother Emanuel Poole my house situated at Burnt Islands in the District of Burgeo and La Poile together with all effects that belong to it. (3) I hereby appoint my brother George Poole sole executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth day of February one thousand nine hundred and two. Signed by the said Catherine Framp in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other attest and subscribe our names as witnesses hereto. H. H.
