Philip G. Ereaut deceased

The will of of Burgeo Dt of Burgeo LaPoile in the Island of Newfoundland. I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah J. Ereaut my Dwelling house land and all household furniture whatsoever all cash on hand and in banks or otherwise invested. In the event of her death then everything to go to my daughter Elizabeth and her children Should my wife get married again she then forfeits everything and my daughter Elizabeth takes everything the same as if her mother had died I appoint my trusty friend Henry Clement and Joseph Small to be my executors to this my last will and Testament. 

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of March one thousand nine hundred and eighteen - [sgd] Philip Ereaut [LS] Signed by the said Philip G. Ereaut and declared by him to be his last will and Testament in our presence who in his presence and at his request have hereunto subscribed our hands as witnesses Eric S. Tarrant clerk in Holy Orders Joseph Small J. P.
