The last Will and Testament of me Charles Collier of Otters Point in the Dt on Burgeo & La Poile in the Island of Newfoundland I will and bequeath to my son Samuel R. Collier of Otters Point all my nets fishing gear boats and fishing room. My house to my Grand daughter Annie Collier and all furniture and other household goods to be shared between Annie Collier the above named Grand daughter and Harriet Collier my Grand daughter also of Otters Point. All cash on hand or invested left by me to be shared between my son Samuel Collier and my daughter Susannah Buffett of Otters Point in the following manner. Two thirds to Samuel and one third to Susannah I appoint Joseph Small of Burgeo to be my Executor and in the event of his death my son Samuel R. Collier to this my last Will and Testament Sgd Charles Collier X his mark Witnesses Joy Cunningham Joseph Small J.P. Dated at Burgeo this 23rd day of June 1913.
