This is the last will and Testament of me James W. Keating of Channel in the Southern District of Newfoundland Merchant. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description unto my wife Honora Keating absolutely. And I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will and revoke all previous wills by me at anytime heretofore made and declare this writing to be my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this third day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen. James W. Keating- signed by the said James W. Keating the Testator, in the presence of us who in his presence and the presence of each other, at the same time subscribed our names as witnesses. William Ryan Port-aux Basque W. T. Purer on S.S. "Kyle" Robert T. Squary(?) Channel N.F. Stipendiary Magistrate. Correct Charles H. Emerson
Registrar of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland.
