George Poole deceased

The last will and Testament of George Poole of Channel N.F. I George Poole of Channel Newfoundland in the District of Burgeo and LaPoile do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. That is say

[1] I give devise and bequeath to my wife Sarah Poole all my property consisting of Dwelling House store, land and all other property not herein specified, to be used by her during her life and at her death said property to be given to my son Jacob Poole. 

[2] I give devise and bequeath to my wife Sarah Poole, all monies to my Credit in the Bank of Nova Scotia St. John's. 

[3] I hereby appoint Rev. H. J. Read sole executor of this my last will and Testament - Signed George Poole - Signed by the Testator in the presence of us who in his presence & in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses this first day of June 1911 Witnesses H. H. MacKay Bertha Pike
