1747 - 1750 Voyages, to and from Newfoundland

(Incomplete). Extracted from Lloyd's Lists, London (Julian Calendar)
While a fair sampling is extracted here, this listing is not a “complete” record listing of Newfoundland Lloyd’s Lists voyage entries. Vessels could be constructed more cheaply in Colonial America where virgin timber was limitless than could be done back home in England. Voyages in which Newfoundland may have been an interim port, and for which Newfoundland was not a specifically named port within the lists, are not included here, except as examples, notes, endnotes, or other, which are asterisked as *****.

Transcribed and contributed by David Anstey. (Note: This listing may contain contractions, spelling and/or transcription errors. Correction or improvement is possible in certain cases). While we have endeavored to be as correct as humanly possible, there may be errors.
