Thomas Bendell deceased.

This is the last will and testament of Thomas Bendel of Harbor Buffett, N.F.L.D. Know all by this deed, I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter Emma and her heirs and executors for her use and benefit for ever – All my estate land house garden water side property and all buildings thereon, except and with this proviso that should either of my other daughters now in America wish to come to Harbor Buffett they are to have the use of the house to live in and part use of the property. My personal property furniture and effects I shall hold to be yet divided among the different members of my family as I may think fit to do.

In witness whereof I set my hand this 27th day of Nov. 1900.
