In re Sarah Flynn deceased. In the name of God Amen. This is the last will and testament of me Sarah Flynn of Placentia Widow I will devise and bequeath to my daughter Agnes Griffen all the property I may die possessed of both real and personal said property consisting of all my right title and interest in and to the dwelling house furniture and land of my late husband Thomas Flynn and everything I am owner of. I also will that my daughter Agnes shall have celebrated the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass thirty times within ten years after my death for the repose of the souls of myself and my husband I hereby revoke all wills at any time heretofore made. I appoint my daughter Agnes executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand my placing my mark at Placentia this 27th day of April A.D. 1912 the whole first read over and explained in the presence of witnesses. Sarah her X mark Flynn Signed at Placentia and acknowledged to be her last will and testament in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other we have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses W.
