This is the Last will and testament me Martin Dunphy

First I will that: all my just debts Be paid. after which. I give devise and bequeath to my hres as fowless.

To Mary Dunphy Insurance $1000. one Thousand dollars Half the property of land and sea this land where House stands. clear of Road Is mine the Road runs true twelve feet from garden fence twelve feet to Road. the Sand In forth of Michal Dunph House is his Michael Dunphy. down within fiften fet of stable.

The Land on the Brook the pasture of that land is my mothers Ann Dunphy for ues and It Belongs to my Hres after her death I gave Peter Dunphy and Elixander Dunphy a peace each which they claim at present. there is a Bog there to Be made four parts off twenty feet to each part one way and devvide By four the other way the part nearest the Road to be my Hres the next to Patrick Dunphy the next to Elixander Dunphy the next to Miche Dunphy signed Martin Dunphy
