In re
         John Corbin deceased.

In the name of God Amen     I John Corbin being of sound mind memory and understanding desirous to make arrangements of my worldly affairs In the first place I recommend my soul to Almighty God.     Secondly it is my wish and desire that my property namely House and furniture of every sort outhouses land and cattle of every description be equally divided between my wife my son Daniel and my two daughters Sarah and Mary share and share alike all the above named property &c. &c. to be under the sole and entire controul and management of my aforesaid wife whilst she lives and further it is my desire that no division of the property shall take place during the lifetime of my said wife unless she herself should desire it- and further that neither of my aforementioned children shall sell or dispose of to a stranger his or her share or any part thereof but to each other.     Given under my hand and seal at Bonds Path this twenty fifth day of March one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine (1859)     John Corbin (LS)     Witness to the above signature and seal F.L.
