IN RE: JOHN P. BRADSHAW. DECEASED WILL.
In the name of God Amen. This is the last Will & Testament of me John P Bradshaw of the Jersey Side Placentia retired Merchant.I appoint my niece Marion Bradshaw, Executrix of this my last Will & Testament. I will & direct that a Monument be forth with erected to my late wife Mary Ann Bradshaw. I will devise & bequeath the sum of Twenty Dollars to Alice Morris, Daughter of Dr Morris. The balance of my property both real & personal consisting of money in the Banks, Dwelling & Furniture, Stores & Land on Cooks Point. Land on the Little Placentia Road opposite E E Hickeys & a large Meadow, West of Jas Fitzpatrick House & Beach CORRECT. William F. Lloyd Registrar of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland. (Listed in the margin next to this will the following) Fiat June 20/25 Horwood C J. Probate granted to Marion Bradshaw June 22/25. Estate sworn at $2167.59. |
