In the name of God Amen: This is the last will and Testament of me Bartholomew McGrath of Patricks Cove in the Southern District of the Island of Newfoundland - Farmer. I appoint Patrick Coffey of Angles Cove executor of this my last will and Testament I will that my just debts be paid as soon as convenient after my decease. I will devise and bequeath to my son George all that piece of land that came into my possession on account of being mortgaged by my son (Anthony) and being the part left to him (Anthony) by his mother. The balance of my land I will devise and bequeath to my sons George, Patrick and Bernard share and share alike.
