In re    ANN WHELAN      deceased.

    I Mrs. Ann Whelan of the Jersey Side Placentia of the District of Placentia and St. Mary’s Newfoundland, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make and publish this as and for my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void every and all other will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.     And first, I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and the expense incident to the administration of my estate as soon as reasonably may be after my decease.     Item. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved husband Andrew Whelan two thousand four hundred and forty five dollars and seventy three cents or all the money belonging to me in the Newfoundland Savings Bank $2445.13.     Item. I do hereby nominate my said husband Andrew Whelan to be executor of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the twelfth day of November nineteen hundred and fourteen A.D. Mrs. Anne Whelan.     Signed sealed, and published, and declared by Mrs. Anne Whelan the above named testator, as for her last will and testament, in the presence of us who at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names Witness Patrick Bonia, Jas. Bindon.
