In re: HENRY CLEVERLY WAKELY. DECEASED
I, Henry Cleverly Wakely being in my sane senses, hereby bequeath the
following.
To the Church of England to be used at the discretion of the Bishop
the sum of fifty dollars [$50.00].
To the Church of England Orphanage the sum of fifty dollars [$50.00].
To my aunt, Hannah Wakely the sum of two hundred dollars [$200.00].
To my aunt Mary Ann Wakely the sum of two hundred dollars [$200.00].
To my aunt Jane Rowe the sum of fifty dollars [$50.00].
To my mother, the balance of money to my credit at the Bank of Montreal,
St. John's together with a cheque which should arrive by mail, also shares
in Newfoundland Wholesale Dry Goods and Champion machine and motor Works.
To my sisters Jessie, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Margaret all my interest
in the firm of Thos Wakely & Sons to be divided equally among them.
The foregoing is to be duly delivered after my death to the parties as
above stated by my father, Thomas Wakely whom I now appoint my Executor.
I declare this to be my last will and testament. Henry C. Wakely.
Signed and delivered at Haystack in the Dominion of Newfoundland this
tenth day of December in the year our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
nineteen. In the presence of Chesley Coffin Charles
